Reclaim What Was Always Yours

The Federation of Indigenous Peoples is a sovereign body for the aboriginal

peoples of North America — those whose true identity was erased by colonial law and

misclassified as 'Black,' 'Negro,' 'Colored,' or 'African-American.' We provide the

genealogy, legal education, and sovereignty tools to walk in the knowledge of who you are.

Our Purpose

Our Mission

FIP (Federation of Indigenous Peoples) is an indigenous-led organization and anation dedicated to advocacy for indigenous rights and heritage. Our programs empower communities through education on genealogy, civil rights, and land reclamation.

Our Vision

We are committed to restoring the identity, wealth, community structures, and freedoms of indigenous Americans. Our focus is advocacy for those classified as "black", "negro", "colored", "mulatto" etc, which are terms historically used to alienate indigenous Americans from land, rights, identity, and more.

Nation Building

In 2025, we organized as a collective to start reclaiming over 3200 acres ancestral lands. By January 2026, we have located over 6052 acres of historic tribal territory belonging to Tslagi (Cherokee), Chata (Choctaw), Yamasee, and Muscogee (Creek) families. We are successfully reestablishing heirship of the lands our ancestors stewarded for us. We are a nation comprised of North American Indians that represent multiple bloodlines. We are not pan-indigenous. We are a society of likeminded indigenous peoples who sincerely seek to be the change that we need to experience on our land. We are a force of advocacy and community for indigenous Americans whose ancestors were systematically reclassified as African-American, black, negro, mulatto etc. Our core services include true status correction, business networking for meaningful economic impact, land reclamation services, genealogical assistance, business consulting, legal education, and notary services.
